Precision Pressure Control System P2CS is designed for fast, precise and artefact-free pressure-driven flow control in Microfluidics. The system is equipped with up to 4 channels - with vacuum and pressure in each channel; different pressure ranges can be selected - from -850 mbar up to 2,000 mbar. Standard system version achieves flow stabilization (100 mbar step) after 17 ms, the fall time is also 17 ms P2CS Plus achieves stabilization in 7 ms for a 100 mbar step. Control via graphic user interface or serial communication.Precision pressure control system P2CS is especially suitable suitable for: traditional µTAS, starting with capillary electrophoresis or microchip electrophoresis; single cell analysis on a chip or in a capillary; continuous perfusion of cell and tissue cultures on a chip or in a cultivation chamber.; Dynamic perfusion during experiments, e.g. patch-clamp in electrophysiology; studies of cell and tissue cultures under varying mechanical and chemical conditions; droplet formation and flow control in Digital Microfluidics.
