Product description

Affinity Chromatography is a very important technique in the purification of monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies based on the affinity and specificity of Protein A and Protein G for the Fc region of IgG from a variety of species. Protein A, Protein L, Protein A/G & Protein G Resins are very good tools for the separation of subclasses of IgG from different samples (ascites fluid, cell culture supernatant & serum) differing in their ability to bind antibodies of different species and subclasses.

Glyoxal Agarose Beads

Immobilization technique allows affinity ligands' binding giving high stability and making easy to re-use the conjugated ligand. Glyoxal beads allow a covalent binding of agarose to lysine amino groups. ABT offers a wide range of products activated with different degree of aldehydes groups and using ...read more

Protein G Agarose Beads

PROTEIN G Agarose Resin 4 RAPID RUN consists of rProtein G covalently bound to highly crosslinked agarose beads. rProtein G contains only IgG binding domains. The albumin-binding domain as well as the cell wall and cell membrane binding domains of native Protein G have been removed to ensure the maximum ...read more

Protein A Agarose Beads

Protein A has high affinity regions that are specially bonded to the Fc region of the immunoglobulins (especially IgGs of different species). Protein A agarose beads have been widely used to purify a wide range of immunoglobulins of different mammalian species and also to purify certain IgG subclasses ...read more

NINTA Agarose Beads & Cartridges

Chelating NTA agarose beads consist of agarose derivatized with Nitrilotriacetic acid (NTA) and loaded with divalent nickel ions. This resin is the most common IMAC resin for working in reducing conditions because of the four metal-binding sites on the chelate. Ni NTA not only binds tighter to the protein ...read more

Rapid Run Agarose Beads

ABT has developed a highly crosslinked bead to meet a media market demand for industrial processes separation. Their properties permit high flow rates with good resolution in a minimum time, making these beads ideal for process-scale use. ABT presents these beads with two agarose concentrations: 4% and ...read more

Crosslinked Agarose Beads

Agarose beads that have been crosslinked providing to the microspheres higher chemical, mechanical and thermal properties withstanding autoclave conditions. Main uses in gel permeation chromatography show good recoveries, broad fractionation range and good backbone in affinity applications. ABT offers ...read more

Plain Agarose Beads

These agarose microspheres have not been crosslinked, therefore cannot be used in autoclave protocols. Main uses in gel permeation chromatography show good recoveries, broad fractionation range and good support in affinity applications. ABT offers the marketplace's widest range of agarose concentrations ...read more
