The thermal cycling mechanism of GENECHECKER achieves 8°C/sec ramping rate for both heating and cooling.Integrated camera module of GENECHECKER fully monitors and records the fluorescence signal of each sample and the recorded fluorescence values are processed and displayed by GeneRecorder software. Using this unique data analysis method, GENECHECKER is providing very precise result of reaction comparing to converntional real-time PCR instruments in the market which are collectiong fluorescence data through optical scanning method. User interface of GeneRecorder was designed to make general real-time PCR instrument users easily operate this innovative instrument. GeneRecorder provides real-time amplification curves as well as post-reaction analysis tools such as melting curves and standard curve.GENECHECKER comes with its own laptop PC where GeneRecorder is installed and individually calibrated. No calibration is needed at user site to run the instrument.
