Description

Whether for basic research, drug discovery, or therapeutic applications, stem cell culture requires standardized culture methods to ensure reproducible and reliable results. The culture system used for the production of stem cells will impact their quality and potential downstream applications. Establishing an optimal cell culture system is fundamental for successful development and implementation of applicable stem cell research to translational or commercial effect. It is crucial to select and evaluate suitable reagents and suppliers based on quality criteria that can follow you though the development process. Moreover, to avoid downstream obstructive mistakes trouble-shooting early in order to eliminate laborious, costly and time consuming modifications is necessary to consider.
Together we will examine the quality criteria for cell culture media reagents and guidelines to consider
