Description

BioTek’s AutoScratch™ Wound Making Tool automatically
creates reproducible scratch wounds in cell monolayers grown in
microplates. Automated wound creation decreases variability within and between wounds, improving repeatability of generated cell migration data. Combined with kinetic image capture and analysis, a robust method to generate high quality scratch wound healing results is created.
