Novel real-time particle detection and sorting for microfluidics and lab-on-a-chip
With CellMOUSE, we introduce a new optical method for label-free particle detection and sorting in microfluidic systems and in lab-on-a-chip sorting applications. Our technology detects various parameters like size, shape, velocity and morphology, allowing a throughput of > 5000 particles/s in real-time and providing superior information compared to conventional, scattering cytometers. Based on the real time detection results, the CellMOUSE technology also enables downstream sorting according to predefined parameters of interest. Our proprietary platform system can be used for a variety of different particles and cells, both in scientific or industrial applications.
