Product description

LabDos® Solid matter dosing devices are suitable for dosing and filling powdered and granulated solids, for example for solids-based pH regulation or seeding crystallisation processes. Six different dosing principles are available to meet a wide range of requirements.
Thanks to the slim design, LabDos® Solid-SC cellular sluice conveyors fits perfect for reactor assemblies. An innovative mechanism prevents adhesions and spikes. The devices can be completely disassembled for cleaning.
As an alternative, the substance to be dosed may also be refilled during operation, either manually or automatically with an attached reservoir, using a filling pipe. Nitrogen flushing connections can be integrated as an option.

The LabDos® Solid-DRM drum feeder is based on the simplest dosing method (pat. pend.). The replaceable dosing container is made of glass, free of dead space and easy to clean. Even difficult substances like melanin, magnesium sulfate or diamonds are no problem for the drum doser. Further more it enables the easy handling of toxic or sterile products.
Optionally the dosing container can be realised as cost-effective one way container.
LabDos® Solid devices are made of sturdy materials such as borosilicate glass, stainless steel, POM and PTFE.
Stand-alone operation is possible with the volumetric and gravimetric dosing controllers.
Filling operations with a high accuracy can be done in conjunction with the stand-alone controllers. Tolerance limits are observed and the user is acoustically alarmed at shortfall or exceeding. With the PC software DosProt™ (opt.) it is possible to protocol whole filling series with dosing amount, absolute and relative failure as well as a timestamp.
In addition, the combination with a SciBot laboratory robot system allows for filling a high quantity of vessels
