Sciospec Scientific Instruments
The 32-channel MUXmodule is the perfect solution for simple realization of multichannel applications e.g. electrical impedance tomography (EIT) or multi-well experiments. Up to 32 simultaneously connectable channels sequential measurements are easily configured and can be controlled automatically.
Compared to competing solutions the MUXmodule offers numerous advantages due to the ExtensionPort system: Thanks to integrated impedance calibration and optimal matched circuit structure compromise within dynamic range and precision are minimized. Due to the fully in ISX-3 and ISX-5 integrated multiplex-control fast channel to channel switching without additional latencies is achieved. Configuration can simply be done in the completely into Sciospec's standard software suite embedded graphical user interface or via Sciospec-Com-Interface.
The BNC ports at the frontpanel offer flexible wiring options: There are 2 banks with 16 BNC ports each and one additional reference port. Measurements can be done from any bank A port to any bank B port or from the reference port to any bank A or B port. The signal chain is completely bidirectional - in and output ports are therefore freely interchangeable within the configuration. Optionally the MUXmodule can be equipped with additional high density backpanel connectors.
