Hannover. Offering a versatile and practice-oriented training program, the Gläserne Labor Akademie will once again be part of the LABVOLUTION in May. The Berlin-based qualification experts have succeeded in attracting experienced speakers from industry to report on the latest topics from the field. The focus topic of the workshop is "Laboratory 4.0".

The workshop – held in German – is aimed at technical employees as well as laboratory technicians in the life sciences and is free of charge for LABVOLUTION visitors. Advanced registration is not necessary. However, as the number of participants is limited, it is recommended to arrive early at the GLA workshop area in exhibition hall 19/20.

Digitalisierung, Miniaturisierung und Nachhaltigkeit

The workshop kicks off at 10.30 a.m. with an introduction to the subject of "Digitization and Miniaturization with the Fluidlab Technology" led by Dr Felix Lambrecht, Managing Director of anvajo GmbH. Afterwards, Dr Jan Bebermeier from Eppendorf SE will provide information on sustainability in the Laboratory 4.0.

The third part, which lasts until 4 p.m., will be taken over by Dr Michael Becker from EPO Berlin-Buch with insights into recent trends in bioinformatics. All participants will receive a GLA certificate after completing the Lab 4.0 workshop.
